Day 6 Of The Master Cleanse

I feel so much lighter and much better than 6 days ago.  The cold sore I had is healthing, my skin is clearing up.  I'm thinner.  Lost 10 pounds as of yesterday.  I would have never thought I could last 6 days on a detox. I now know if I truly wanted to (and I do), that I could change my eating habits and stay healthy. My ankles are still not swollen. No asthma problems (this time of year it really gets bad, but not now).  No pains in my body.  Feeling good and feeling proud.

Day 5 On The Master Cleanse Diet

I can't believe it's day 5 already. I can't believe I've gone five days on straight fluid.  Now I know I can change my way of eating.   So far I'm doing pretty good.  I feel much lighter.  I still like the lemonade drink.  The Salt Water Flush is still pretty easy to handle.  My stomach is really going down now. I noticed my skin is clearing up but I do have a very small blister on my corner lip.  I'm sleeping much better.  No asthma problems at all. My ankles are still not swollen.  No back aches.  This detox is really doing it's thing.  Can't wait to start my vegetarian way of eating afterwards.

Master Cleanse Day 4

Today I feel terrific. I have a  lot of energy.  No gout around my ankles so they're not swollen. No aches in my body. I had horrible aches and no energy before the detox.  I did notice that I look a little smaller. I do feel lighter.  I think doing this detox was the best thing I could have done. The lemonade still taste pretty darn good so it makes it so easy to drink and keep going.

Kamaza Conditioner

Any of the  Kamaza Deep or Moisturizing conditioner's makes the hair so soft, and if it's extra dry it takes care of the problem.  It's a natural product, which is a plus to me. It really nourishes the hair.  Great product.

My Sabino Moisture Block Review

I really love this stuff.  I get such a nice shine and silky straight hair from roots to tips (no brittle rough looking ends with it).  The hair doesn't revert if it's  muggy or very humid.  It's a staple of mine.

Day Three Of The Master Cleanse

That Sea Salt Flush really had me going this morning.  Running back and forth to the bathroom four times.  I feel lighter today.  I'm proud of myself for trying to make a change in my life.   The lemonade drink taste even better today. lol...  All I can think about is maybe going longer than the 10 days. I found out it's very important to drink water in between to stay hydrated.  Besides all of that.  I'm ok.

I can't believe I made it to day three.  Last night was a little rough.  I worked out yesterday and I don't know if I should have done that. I felt a little weak right at bedtime and got very hungry.  I made another drink, which made it a total of eight drinks for the day.  You can drink six to twelve per day. I swore today that if I need more drinks I will very simple drink more.

Croc Black Nano Titanium Flat iron, A Truly Superior Flat Iron

I have the Croc Baby Flat iron already.  When you use it, it leaves the hair so silky and soft.  It gets the hair really straight and it's a reasonable price. For a mini iron, it's a nice size.

What I hope to get next (when I can afford it) is the Croc Titanium Flat Iron.  I've heard nothing but good things about it. It gets the hair super straight and doesn't require a lot of passes.  The hair ends up very silky, with bounce.  This iron is a real treat.

Day Two Of The Master Cleanse

Well I made it through Day one.  I found out I was adding to much cayenne pepper and that's why my first drink was so hot. Now I use 1/8 cayenne pepper in my drink and that's perfect.
The drink is pretty good.  The fact I was eatting a bag of seeds a day (which is bad by the way because it was salted) makes it easy for me to drink the Salt Water flush.  I'm crazy about lemonade so the drink is delicious to me. I put hot sauce on most of my food anyway so the cayenne doesn't bother me as much.  The Smooth Move has a nice flavor to it so it's easy to drink without the maple syrup in it.

Today I feel terrific, I lost five pounds since yesterday. Yay!!!  I feel light, not bad at all. My stomach feels smaller, which is wonderful. All this in just one day.   This detox isn't as hard as I thought it was going to be, and I feel really good about it.  I can't get over how good the maple syrup taste.  It's better than sugar, only it has vitamins in it.  Yesterday I noticed I broke out a little,  but this morning my skin is clearing up.  I keep checking to see if I'll see my tongue change.  The little white coating that's there for a hot minute, then goes letting you know your done with your detox. Not yet.

I have a pair of size 9/10 jeans hanging to remind me of why I'm doing the detox and why I'm going to become vegetarian. Other than to keep illness at bay and because I'm sick of being big. The jeans are Apple Bottoms ladies!  So inspiratiional. lol...

Well until tomorrow..........

I look forward to this day.

The Beginning Of My Master Cleanse Detox

DAY ONE:

Today is day one of my Master Cleanse Detox and let me tell you that salt water flush did a number on me this morning.  I got up at 4:00 a.m. to do my salt water flush so I wouldn't have to run to the bathroom if I had to leave the house. I read that after the salt water flush, that it's good to be by a bath room for at least two hours. I drank my Smooth Move tea last night to prepare for today.  At this time, I'm drinking the lemonade and I'm hoping I get used to it. The Cayenne pepper is something else. Normally I like cayenne pepper on my food but in the lemonade it adds something to it,  it's a little strong. I'll get used to it.   The maple syrup is very tasty and the lemonade is ok.  I like lemonade anyway.  I hope to completely clean my intestines out so I can start fresh with my vegetarian diet without anything toxic in my body. I plan to detox for 10 days (that's my goal time) .  If  I can go a little longer I will. I measured everything just right.  I have measuring cups and spoons I bought at the dollar store.  My lemons are fresh.  My water is fresh not sink water. My syrup is Grade B.  My sea salt is Celtic Sea Salt and I'm using Smooth Move as my evening Laxative tea.

I plan to write down how I feel from day to day on my blog.
