Gorgeous Summer Dresses

Can you tell I just love metrostyle.com.  These  outfits would be perfect as a Mothers Day gift.  Summers coming and it's time to stock up on stylish fashion.

Day 6 And 7 Of The Master Cleanse

I feel so much lighter.  I can't believe I can survive and do everything I need to do on this detox.  My skin looks brighter and the dark circles I used to have under my eyes are gone. My legs look and feel smoother. My stomach is going down and my butt looks smaller.  I have to be honest and say I miss food because I know what it taste like.   I know I'll be better off finishing my detox though. 

Days 4 And 5 Of The Master Cleanse

The smooth move became to much for me to handle so I stopped drinking it on day 4. It caused severe intestinal burns and at the time I couldn't figure out what was causing the problem. Now I'm just drinking the lemonade drink and doing the salt water flush in the morning.  It seems like I really didn't need the Smooth Move, the results are the same without it. Now the detox seems like a breeze. On to Day 6.

Day 3 Of The Master Cleanse

Let me start by saying that last night was horrible!  I couldn't sleep very well because I had to keep going back and forth to the bathroom. I had a slight burning in my intestine that kept me going back in there. I was surprised that that was from the Smooth Move Tea not my morning Salt Water Flush.  I feel much better this morning.  I actually feel lighter already and it's only Day 3.  I thought I would need more than 6  8oz of the lemonade because you can have 6 to 12   8oz, but 6 is all I needed. I drink lot's of water in between each drink.  Well, on to Day 4.

I have always loved  long dresses and it seems maxi's are all the rage for the summer.  I don't have  enough blue dresses or skirts.  Hmmmmmm.... Looks like I need to add. lol...

Day 2 Of The Master Cleanse

It's Day 2 of the Master Cleanse

I've been hungry off and on today.  When I drink the lemonade, I'm not hungry but boy when the drink makes it's way into my system and the stomach is empty,  Hunger gets me good.  I try to drink lots of water after and that helps.  I've been having gout around my ankles (that was one of the reasons why I started the Master Cleanse again), but I noticed it's going down now.  It's going to be nice seeing my ankles look normal again.  I feel a little weakness because I did a lot of running around today and twice I forgot my drink. Well, onto day three.  Oh....... almost forgot, that salt water flush is no joke in the morning and the tea is rough at night.

Summer fashion has really caught my eyes this year!!
