Redken's All Soft Line

The Redkens All Soft Heavy Cream and All Soft Supple Touch is pretty good.  I found them  very moisturizing with good penetration into the hair follicles. If the hair is very dry, these products will take care of the problem right away. The Heavy Cream I used as a conditioner, and the Supple Touch I used as a leave in.  For me it's best used on wet to damp hair, then I roller set and air dry. I always look for a good deal. These products were worth trying.

I got a chance to try this flat iron.   The IPak Argan Infusion 1 1/4 styling iron.  It goes up to 450. It has Argan Infused Vapor for heat protective styling. It protects and restores hair from heat damage and promotes healthier looking and shinier hair. It also gives frizz free results. The ceramic  plates are infused with argan oil.

I used this flat iron on a 375 setting.  It gets the hair super straight and leaves the hair very soft.  This is pretty good since I'm five months post right now. The only con I have regarding this iron is that it doesn't get the edges good enough for me.  I used my mini Babyliss flat iron to get that job done which left a nice over all look. The flat iron comes with a bottle of Ion Repair Solution, two refill tanks and a instruction  paper.  It was on sale at Sally's for 69.00,  normally cost 79.99 or 71.99 with membership.

I'm really enjoying Shima's shampoo, leave in spray and oil.  I applied her shampoo to my hair when it was very dry and was surprised to find out the longer I left it on, the silkier my hair turned out. I was very pleased with that result.  Her leave in spray leaves a nice silky touch.  I usually do a roller set air drying my hair after using those products,  my hair ends up very soft and bouncy. After, I add her oil which leaves a nice sheen and softness to my hair. I've been hooked on her oil for a while now.  I also received her Dvd  (my first time watching any of her dvd's), it was very helpful and a nice addition to add to her products.  I plan to continue using her products. I like the way it leaves the condition of my hair.

I've been working on getting thicker hair.  I haven't relaxed my hair in almost five months. It will be five months on the 5th of May 2012.  I'm trying to find out if it's the relaxer that's making my hair thin, so I'm going to keep on stretching to see the results. As long as I can keep getting the look I'm used to, I will continue to stretch.  Not sure what the future holds at this time.  Will I continue stretching ,or will I relax at six or seven months.

Now if anyone is a true leader on big hair it's Chaka Khan.  Loving her hair.  She spoke recently about her hair days of being relaxed, all the different hair colors and going back to natural.  I would truly love hair like hers.  Who knows what the future holds. lol....
