Organix Repairing Awapuhi Ginger Hair Set

The Organix Repairing Awapuhi Ginger set is well worth having in my regimen.  I'm crazy about this line. On contact I could feel it working and doing it's thing. It even detangled (that alone made it a high quality product for me). By the time I was finished with the conditioner , my hair felt brand new.  I usually can't say that about any one line but I can say that about this one.  I can't wait to try the other products such as the Macadamia and the Morrocan line by Organix.

How To Make A Home Made Detangler

Homemade Hair Detangler

If you don't have detangler on hand, you can mix up some yourself. There are several options:

• Dilute regular hair conditioner. Spritz a mixture of 2 tablespoons conditioner in 16 ounces of water onto damp hair.
• Fill a spray bottle with the following herbal hair detangler mixture:
  8 ounces distilled water
  1 teaspoon aloe vera gel
  10-15 drops grapefruit seed extract
  1-2 drops glycerin
  1-2 drops essential oil (e.g., lavender, jojoba, chamomile)
• Rinse hair with rainwater (usually acidic) or make your own acidifying rinse by adding 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar to an empty 20-ounce water bottle. Fill the remainder of the bottle with water and use the mixture to rinse clean hair.
• Rub tangled dry hair with a dryer sheet prior to combing it out

Dino Lingo A Language Learning Program For Kids

Me and my family was able to watch Dino Lingo in Spanish. How To Make A Margarita... mmmmmmm

I just might be making this for the holidays as well:


The margarita is a Mexican cocktail consisting of tequila mixed with orange-flavouredliqueur and lime or lemon juice, often served with salt on the glass rim. It is the most common tequila-based cocktail in the United States.^[2] The drink is served shaken with ice, on the rocks, blended with ice (frozen margarita) or without ice (straight up).

Volcano Chocolate Cake

If you love chocolate cake like I do, then you'll love this .

Ingredients

• Nonstick cooking spray
• 1 cup shredded sweetened coconut
• 1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
• 1 package German chocolate cake mix
• 10 bite-size coconut candy bars, chopped, such as Almond Joy
• One 8-ounce package cream cheese, at room temperature
• 1/2 cup (1 stick butter), at room temperature
• 2 cups confectioners' sugar
• Chocolate Pecan Glaze, recipe follows

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 13-by-9-by-2-inch pan with nonstick spray.

Mix the coconut and nuts and spread them evenly in the pan. Prepare the cake mix as directed on the box. Stir in the chopped candy bars. Pour the batter over the coconut and nuts. Combine the cream cheese, butter and sugar. Randomly drop tablespoons of this mixture on top of the batter; do not spread them.

Bake until the sides of the cake pull away from the pan, 40 to 50 minutes. Pour the warm Chocolate Pecan Glaze over the cake. Slice and enjoy.

Cook's Note: Paula likes to change the box cake recipe to her liking. You can still follow the directions on the cake box and get a delicious volcano cake. But if you would like to do Paula's version of this cake, add 4 eggs instead of 3 and replaces the water measurement with milk. She also adds a teaspoon of vanilla extract.
