Loreal Infallible Eyeshadows

Loreal Infallible eyeshadows are gorgeous.  They're very pigmented and the quality is very good. Loreal really out did themselves with this lovely eyeshadows.  I found that since they came out with them, they're very hard to find.  I ordered about four of these colors and when I went back to order more, they were sold out.  These are shadows you shouldn't pass up.

NYX Nude On Nude Pallet

NYX  has a new pallet called Nude On Nude.  It looks a look like Urban Decay's NAKED. It has both matte and shimmer colors and includes a variety of lip colors as well.  I was looking for a really good neutral color pallet, so when I received an email from NYX about the Nude On Nude, I ordered this one.  I can't wait to get it. The cost for this pallet at NYX is $25.00.  Much cheaper than the $48.00 from Urban Decay. That fit my budget at the moment.

My Keracare Dry Itchy Scalp Review

I was having problems with a itchy scalp and needed something that could make the situation better.  I watched a video where a lady was talking about Keracare.  I thought I would give it a try, there was nothing to loose. I used the moisture line before, but never the Dry Itchy scalp line.  After one use, my scalp not only felt better, I didn't have much hair in the drain.  I decided to add this to my regimen.

My H2Pro Presto 1" Turbo Flat Iron Review

I was able to get this wonderful flat iron at Folica on sale and also with an extra $20.00 off. The normal price is $129.00. I happen to see a lady on Youtube using this flat iron and her hair turned out gorgeous, I just had to try it. When it came in the mail, the first thing I did was compare it to the FHI Platform flat iron. It's the same color and is almost made the same, but that's where it stopped.  The FHI has been my favorite since last year.
When I tried this flat iron on my hair, I couldn't believe how soft my hair was, and how straight it got (I was almost four months post relaxer and got silky straight hair, especially my virgin roots). No fried hair, no dryness, no hair fall out anywhere. This is a pretty good flat iron. It's a keeper and worth the money.
On the box it says:

*Nano Hi-Tech creates even silkier and shinier hair
*Variable temperature can be set between 140-450
*PTFC heater allows for a fast heat up time as well as wet-to-dry styling
*No loss of heat, so the styling iron stays at the desired temperature at all times
*Turbo shot releases a burst of power for extra styling control

My January 2012 Update

I'm still working on thickness but I have reached mid back length.  Back in February 2009 I had cut off the tail (2 1/2  or 3 inches) because it was to thin.  This is how my hair grows so I won't be doing that again. lol.. Next length check will be in April.

The Wonders Of Jojoba Oil

I started using Jojoba Oil for my hair and scalp.  Jojoba oil is a lot like the sebum we produce on our scalp already, but sometimes it doesn't hurt to add a little more.  I had severe itching on my scalp until I started using Jojoba oil twice a day (in the morning and once in the evening). It worked better than the Aloe Vera Juice I was using.  Then, I noticed that it's wonderful for the skin.  I started using it at night on my face to keep it smooth and soft. I also discovered that it's very easy to remove waterproof mascara with it to.  Jojoba oil to me is the perfect oil and a must have.

My Review Of The Mini Babyliss Flat Iron

I bought this flat iron when there was a special looking for something to get even closer to my roots and maybe my bangs. The cost was very reasonable, around $29.00.  This flat iron was very small and very light.  It did get the job done, but I couldn't help but feel that if I closed any tighter I was going to break it because it's so light.  It didn't break. lol... It's the perfect size to fit in your purse if your on the go.  It's a pretty blue color.  It curls easy and does a decent job of straightening. It says that it gets up to 430 but it felt more like maybe 360 or 370 (which really straightens my hair). I thought it was worth a try and it did a very good job.
