I'm taking Hair, Skin and Nails Vitamin and Biotin Shampoo & Conditioner
I decided to start taking Hair, Skin and Nails Vitamins because my nails have been brittle and breaking. It doesn't hurt that it's good for the hair and skin also. I'm going to take them for 1 month and see if there is a difference. I plan to do a follow up review. So far I like how the shampoo detangles on contact and gives lot's of body. It's suppose to stimulate the hair follicles and thicken up the hair. The conditioner feels so silky to the touch, can't go wrong there. It also makes the hair feel stronger.
Here's what's listed on the Hair, Skin and Nails vitamins:
Vitamin A 10,000 IU
Vitamin C 120 mg
Vitamin D 30 IU
Vitamin E 30 IU
Vitamin B1 10 mg
Vitamin B2 10 mg
Niacin 50 mg
Vitamin B6 10 mg
Folic Acid 400 mcg
Vitamin B12 16 mcg
Biotin 30 mg
Pantothenic Acid 30 mg
Calcium 600 mg
Iron 6 mg
Iodine 225 mcg
Magnesium 200 mg
Zinc 15 mg
selenium 25 mcg
manganese 10 mg
Phosphorous 300 mg
I will be ordering MSM next month. MSM is not only good for your hair but for all your body organs. It produces what the body lacks, and that's a type of sulfur. It's also good for you to take in the morning if you have allergies.
